Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing time varies depending on the product, current demand, and stock availability.

Shipping & delivery times

Delivery timeframes vary based on the product, your location, and the carrier, and are not guaranteed. Some items ship from separate facilities and may arrive in more than one shipment. Factors outside our control — including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and peak periods — can affect delivery, and we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking details to update after they are issued.

Delays

Delays can happen due to carriers, customs, or periods of high demand, and are outside our direct control. If you have a concern about your order's progress, contact us at hello@pinecrestsupply.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we may be unable to reship or issue a refund.

Lost or "delivered but not received" packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with others in your household and with your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at hello@pinecrestsupply.com. We are unable to guarantee a replacement or refund for packages the carrier has marked as delivered.

International orders, customs & duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Customs processing may add to delivery time.
