Thanks for shopping with Pinecrest Supply. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please reach out to us first — we handle all refunds and replacements directly and will guide you through the next steps.

How to start a refund or replacement

All refunds and replacements begin by contacting us at hello@pinecrestsupply.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, and — if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — a photo or short video so we can make it right quickly.

Do not send anything back before contacting us. Items returned without an approved request can't be processed.

Damages, defects, and wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at hello@pinecrestsupply.com and we'll evaluate it and make it right with a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send it.

Eligibility

To be eligible, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your proof of purchase (order number or receipt). For non-damage requests, the item should be unused and in its original condition.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be refunded or returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us to arrange a refund on your original item, then place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, contact us at hello@pinecrestsupply.com.
